The Ġbejna is one of Malta's best known products, however, even though it is commonly consumed by locals and visitors, much more education and appreciation is needed to preserve its authentic roots.

Led by the Malta Youth in Agriculture Foundation, Ġbejna.org is an objective, research-based project that collates and presents information in order to raise awareness about this Maltese product.
